Babs Armour is an award-winning New York City-based photographer whose work has been exhibited and sold throughout the United States. Her store window photography was featured on ABC's Good Morning America and a cover story in VM&SD, a design industry magazine. Her travel photography has been published in magazines and books, including Upper Cape Cod: A Photographic Portrait, by Pilot Press, which chose one of her images as the book's cover. In 1990, Babs Armour was the $5,000 Grand Prizewinner for her photograph of lower Manhattan in a national contest sponsored by Kodak, World Yacht and The New York Daily News.

A graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, Babs Armour has studied photography at both the International Center for Photography and The School of Visual Arts in New York City and at the Maine and Santa Fe Photography Workshops. She has served on the board of Professional Women Photographers.
